Miglioramento della competitività del Riso IGP attraverso la diversificazione con nuovi prodotti biologici e connotati da aspetti nutraceutici

 

Obiettivi progetto:

Obiettivo generale: incentivare l’innovazione e la diversificazione del Riso del Delta del Po IGP in funzione delle richieste del mercato

Obiettivi specifici: introdurre la risicoltura biologica negli areali del Delta del Po, sviluppare una linea di riso integrale biologico di facile impiego per il consumatore, caratterizzare e promuovere le qualità del territorio presenti nel riso biologico del Delta del Po per una sua inscrizione all’IGP (Indicazione Geografica Protetta)
